The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions with Raging Speed Ltd. The use of this e-commerce website indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions and the placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

1. Description of Goods
We aim to provide a full, accurate and truthful description of all products on this website. All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our website are for the sole purpose of giving a proper description of the goods. Sometimes, we may need to use an alternative image(s) in order to describe a product because official image(s) are not available. We will always try to gain an image of a similar product and make you aware of this throughout the written product description.
2. Payment & Price
The total price for the goods will be stipulated at the time of purchase, we are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take into account any increase in our suppliers prices or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to any error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel an order. All prices on our website include VAT at 20% unless otherwise stated, and also includes FREE UK mainland postage & packaging. If you live outside of UK mainland then please request a shipping quote at the checkout process screens. Sometimes, depending upon the product(s) ordered shipping fees may be waived as a gesture of goodwill.
3. Typographical Errors
In the event of a product being listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit/debit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a refund to your credit/debit card for the full value of the incorrect price.
4. Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Delta & JCB. When ordering you must provide your exact billing address and landline telephone number, the same address and landline telephone number your credit/debit card provider has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit/debit card has been correctly received.
You may also pay by cheque or postal order. Please take into account that we cannot despatch an order until all funds have cleared and our bank confirms acceptance. Please ensure when you send us a cheque that you include your order number, name and address and the title of the goods required including any specific sizes, colours etc. To pay by cheque, select your product(s) and proceed through the checkout procedure. You can then select Pay by cheque as your payment method. Simply print the online invoice and send this with your payment to save time in writing if you prefer.
5. Delivery of Goods
We aim to despatch your order as soon as we possibly can. In many cases the same day / next day. New orders are despatched Monday to Friday and on many occasions processed over weekends and bank holidays ready for shipment at the end of this period.
- 5.1 UK Orders Only
If your goods are in stock at the time of order you can expect to receive your order in 2 to 5 days. Goods are sent by Royal Mail post. Sometimes depending on the weight of your order we may send it by courier.
- 5.2 Goods by Courier
If the Courier service fails to deliver, they will put a card through your letter box explaining that they will re-attempt to deliver the next day. Or you can call them to discuss your delivery options. Should they fail to deliver again then your order will be returned back to us.
For any goods returned back to us by Royal Mail or courier services due to failed delivery attempts then you will be charged for our delivery fees (because we offer postage free) and a handling fee of 20% (if order is to be refunded). In this case it is best to arrange with us for your order to be re-delivered at your own cost and to avoid the handling fee. The handling fee is only incurred if your order is to be refunded, this is to cover our losses, extra administration and credit/debit card handling fees set by the banks.
Worldwide Orders (Excluding UK)
For customers wishing to make an enquiry about delivery charges outside of the UK, we have set up a dedicated email address for you. Please contact us at non.uk.sales@ragingspeed.co.uk for shipping costs. Please state the item(s) you wish to purchase and what country the item(s) is to be shipped to. We will select the efficient method and cost for shipping your order and notify you by e-mail to confirm this. Please note Raging Speed will not be liable for local taxes.
Claims for missing or damaged goods can only be investigated if reported to us within 10 days of the date of order.
Note: Any NON UK Customer that makes a purchase via the WorldPay online system without enquiring about shipping costs will be obliged to purchase a shipping fee that we set. If you decide not to purchase the shipping fee we will refund your payment minus any transaction losses to Raging Speed. Also note, regardless of stating a delivery address when ordering, we will only deliver an order to the credit card holders address.
Back Orders.
If your item is not in stock we will back order it and send it to you as soon as possible. We will notify you by e-mail if your goods are placed on back order. You may choose to cancel your order at this point by notifying us in writing to sales@ragingspeed.co.uk. Please include your order number at all times to avoid any delays.
6. Product Warranties
All products are warranted by the manufacturer for 12 months or lifetime if stated. Where necessary, goods returned under warranty may be sent to the manufacturer for inspection prior to a replacement being issued. Should your product(s) develop a fault within 30 days of purchase please contact us and we will ask you to kindly return the product(s) for a replacement. This warranty specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect and/or misuse, in addition routine maintenance, (cleaning) consumables and cosmetic damage.
7. Cancellation of Orders
If an order is cancelled because you change your mind before it is dispatched, then we reserve the right to deduct up to 15% of the total cost to compensate for Credit/Debit Card Service charges incurred and administration.
8. Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days from date of delivery for either an exchange, credit or refund (whichever is deemed necessary) and excluding delivery charges, provided the goods are in faultless condition and is in its original undamaged product packaging. Please also keep hold of the outer packaging that was used to wrap your goods as this will have information about when the items were delivered. If any of these conditions are breached you may only receive a partial refund. It is your duty to look after your unwanted goods and to ensure safe delivery to us prior to inspection. You must contact us in advance using the Returns Form if you wish to return your goods. If we agree to accept a return we will issue you with a returns number and a returns address. Goods sent back without prior agreement will not be accepted. Goods sent back to our Head Office address will not be accepted unless requested. Please ensure you contact us first. Any FREE GIFTS with the products must also be returned, and be in faultless condition. Deductions may be made where any of these terms are breached. - 8.1 Postage & Packaging Fees
All items on our website state Free UK Delivery. This means you do not have to pay any further delivery charges when you pay for your goods. The cost of postage and packaging is included in the total cost. However, in the event that you wish to return your goods we reserve the right to deduct these postage & packaging fees incurred by us from the total cost. If you wish to return any items for exchange e.g. a different size or colour then
we reserve the right to charge your credit/debit card the postage and packaging fees as we do not re-send orders free of charge like the first time. You will
be notified of the postage and packaging fee prior to despatch and if you agree your credit/debit card will be charged by WorldPay and you will receive a
receipt for this from WorldPay by email. Please be aware that we do not pay for return postage.
9. VAT Charges
All of our products include VAT @ 20%. Our VAT registration number is 823740047
10. Credit Card Security
Raging Speed uses WorldPay to facilitate all credit and debit card transactions.
7. Trademarks
Raging Speed is a registered trademark of Raging Speed Ltd. The use of Raging Speed for promotion, advertising, print, film or television (this list is not exhaustive) is strictly prohibited. Permission must be granted before using our trademark.
8. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions.
Acceptance of these terms and conditions does not affect your statutory rights. By placing an order, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. All terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
Any dispute arising out of this Agreement shall first be resolved by mediation, if possible. Orders placed with Raging Speed Ltd are made in British law, and any necessary arbitration or litigation will take place in this country.
Nothing contained in this notice is intended to affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
